Ice Fire

The fire place is the center of a home, the warmth , the source of cooking and light. It’s where we sit in a circle and tell our stories. This fire is extinguished until it’s next rebirth. Rising from the icy waters once again to warm the home. We’ll save our stories until then.

Speeding Nowhere Fast

This photo series is a documentation of a site specific installation. This boat was left in the lake to be frozen in for the winter. The boat as vessel representing the individual stuck in the moment and keenly awaiting the unfrozen waters of spring.
